Key Deliverables:
. Develop systems, sub-systems and for execution involving heavy fabrication of Modular structures.
. The manufacturing process involves the fabrication, erection, precommissioning and commissioning of piping systems, equipments and E&I systems.
. Coordinate between departments such as design engineering, planning, procurement, materials etc.
. Drive and implement innovative methods for optimizing productivity and cost control.
. Prepare & Execute vendors mobilisation plans and schedules . Involve in Costs estimation for proposals.
Key relationships
Internal to organization: Design & engineering, planning, procurement,
External to organization: Contractors, Vendors, Client, On-site management.
Responsibilities
Prime Responsibilities
o Develop strategy for execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of the project
o Prepare & update checklists for pre-commissioning and commissioning as per clauses in the contract
o Develop and ensure safety conditions with respect to precommissioning, commissioning and start up activities at site
o Address Operations Readiness matters of the project
o Facilitate flawless pre-commissioning, commissioning and project start-up, manage operation and maintenance as per requirements
o Manage and ensure that pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up works are performed as per project schedule & budget and in compliance with quality & safety requirements
o Participate in Engineering & Special studies o Address pre-commissioning & commissioning related estimates for bids and proposals.
