We are seeking freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of Production Engineer. This role involves assisting in the design and optimization of production processes to enhance efficiency and quality in our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement production processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize production methods.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in production engineering.
- Assist in the development of production schedules and capacity planning.
- Maintain documentation related to production processes and standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
