Job Description

  • Develops and optimizes manufacturing processes and tools and provides technical support, Designs and enhances manufacturing processes and practices to meet production requirements and optimize efficiency, Contributes to the development and implementation of production systems, equipment, technologies and processes, improving operational efficiency and adhering to quality standards and industry best practices, Supports continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data and recommending process enhancements
  • Analyzes workforce utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient organization and processes for workers and equipment, Provides technical guidance and support to production staff and cross-functional team to troubleshoot and resolve technical production issues, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and teamwork
  • Carries out product and process failure investigation and root cause analysis
  • Manages relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services, Ensures compliance with safety regulations, quality norms and industry standards in production activities
  • Generates the required documentation and reports, Required Qualification: Diploma Mechanical | BE Mechanical
  • Required Experience: 10 to 12 years
