Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer, located in the Pune Division. looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Engineer to support our precision manufacturing operations and contribute to the development and execution of our Special Purpose Machine (SPM) building division. The role involves end-to-end production coordination, quality control, vendor management, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Production Engineering and Production Planning
• Analytical Skills to assess and enhance production processes
• Experience in Quality Control, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures
• Excellent Communication skills for effective team collaboration and reporting
• Proficiency in problem-solving and technical documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment is an advantage
