Qualification & Experience: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering, Frehsers / 1 years of relevant experience in CRGO

- Machine Handling:
- Operate and manage 2–3 CRGO processing machines (e.g. Slitting,Cutting).
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and report issues to maintenance when needed.
- Ensure machine safety protocols and operating parameters are strictly followed.
- Shift Handling:
- Take responsibility for executing production in a given shift.
- Monitor manpower, ensure task distribution, and resolve basic shift-level issues.
- Maintain shift-wise production and quality logs.
- Shift Planning:
- Plan the next shift's production schedule based on coil size, machine availability, and manpower.
- Prepare machines and materials in advance for seamless handover.
- Quality and Packing Support:
- Ensure the production meets quality specifications; escalate issues to QC if necessary.
- Support packing department by ensuring products are ready as per packing standards.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate production, machine performance, and downtime reports.
- Report shift progress and issues to Senior Engineer or Assistant Manager.
- Coordination:
- Coordinate with the planning team for daily targets and coil inputs.
- Support communication between departments like maintenance, QC, and packing.
