Production Engineer

Job Title:Production Engineer – Fresher

Qualification:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience:Fresher / 0–1 year

Location : Tushar Trans Equipment Pvt Ltd (POR GIDC)

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily production activities.
• Operate and understand electrical machines, equipment, and control panels.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and other departments.
• Identify production issues and support troubleshooting.
• Check product quality during the manufacturing process.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Follow company safety procedures and electrical safety standards.
• Reduce production downtime and minimize material wastage.
• Support process improvement and productivity enhancement.
• Follow 5S, Kaizen, SOPs, and other manufacturing practices.
• Assist senior engineers in production planning and line management.
  
  

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering and electrical machines.
• Knowledge of motors, transformers, control panels, wiring, and basic industrial electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of PLC and industrial automation is an advantage.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering – Freshers can apply
• B.E./B.Tech Electrical Engineering – Freshers can apply
• Candidates with 0–1 year of manufacturing/production experience may also be considered.
