About the Role
We are looking for a Production Engineer with hands-on knowledge of electronics manufacturing and PCB understanding. The candidate will be responsible for supporting production activities, improving manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and coordinating with hardware and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor electronics production processes.
- Understand and interpret PCB designs and schematics.
- Perform troubleshooting and testing of electronic assemblies.
- Coordinate with hardware, design, and quality teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and process compliance.
- Maintain product quality and production timelines.
- Support production planning and inventory coordination.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of electronics components and circuits.
- Ability to understand PCB layouts and designs.
- Knowledge of soldering, assembly, and testing procedures.
- Familiarity with production tools and instruments.
- Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electronics, ECE, EEE, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in electronics production or manufacturing.
- Candidates with experience in PCB assembly or embedded hardware products will be preferred.
