Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage and streamline manufacturing operations for UPVC doors and windows. The role involves production planning, quality control, project coordination, and effective material & inventory management to ensure timely and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Ensure quality standards are met across all stages of production
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams
• Monitor material availability and manage inventory efficiently
• Optimize production processes to reduce wastage and improve efficiency
• Handle manpower allocation and shop-floor operations
• Ensure timely delivery of products as per project timelines
• Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation
• Adhere to safety, quality, and company SOPs

Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of experience in production/manufacturing
• Prior experience in UPVC doors & windows or building materials is mandatory
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
