Job Description

Key Responsibilities Of The Position

  • Material flow (raising MR & follow-up, tracking & co-ordination, shortfall before fabrication).
  • Production supervision, quality and control, daily consumable requirements, safety, maintenance, machinery.
  • Inspections – QA &b QC correspondences for hot works such as cable trays, supports and other foundations, cable installation, termination and testing.
  • Revision, Rejection, Rework to be documented and informed to the concern department to identify source of problem.
  • Prepare QMS related documents.
  • Prepare commissioning related documents.
  • Commissioning support.
  • Lessons learned and improvement
  • Compliance of safety and quality norms of Ship yard.
  • Managing subcontractor's manpower and adherence of job schedule.
  • Ensuring the smooth work flow, co-ordinating with inter-departments.
