Roles and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of fabrication processes/ techniques, manufacturing of pressure, vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors,etc
- Knowledge of metals.
- Knowledge of Different Welding Processes like SMAW, GTAW, SAW, GMAW, ESSC, FCAW, Groove welding & weld overlays
- Manpower handling on shop floor
- Knowledge of ASME codes and standards for Pressure Vessels , heat exchangers (ASME SEC II, SEC VIII, SEC IX, ASME B31.3).
- Knowledge of Weld Plan, PQR, WPS, SWP, Welding Repair procedure, & Non-Destructive Examination (LPE, MPE, UE, RE etc.).
- Worked with materials like 304,304L,316,3 21,410, Inconel, Duplex, Super Duplex, CS, p43, P45 etc.
