Verify accuracy during fabrication (angles, hole alignment, pipe straightness, tolerances, welding quality).

Ensure correct jigs, fixtures, and fitments are used during builds.

Validate stone/wood/PC integration when applicable for Industrial products.

2. Costing & Material Planning

Prepare accurate costing sheets for upcoming orders and prototypes.

Estimate fabrication hours, finishing time, hardware requirements, and consumables.

Track live SS304/MS/aluminum market prices.

Plan RM consumption for pipes, sheets, plates, laser-cut parts.

Raise internal RM requirement notes for stores; coordinate timely procurement.

Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising structural intent.

3. Quality Control & Standards

Develop and execute QC checklists per product family.

Inspect incoming raw materials for thickness, straightness, defects.

Inspect welds (strength, uniformity, penetration), bends (radius accuracy), and assemblies (squareness, alignments).

Check final dimensions before sending to finishing.

Verify post-finish quality: PVD/powder coating quality, polishing uniformity, stone/wood installation.

Approve final pieces before dispatch.

Maintain a zero-error culture on the floor.

4. Floor Coordination & Troubleshooting

Act as the single-point coordinator between design, fabrication floor, and finishing.

Troubleshoot shop-floor problems (mismatched fits, tolerance issues, inaccuracies, fixture problems).

Provide real-time solutions to ensure production continuity.
