Job Title: Production Engineer

Experience: B.Tech Mechanical or Diploma (Mechanical) with minimum of 1+ years of experiance.

Role Summary: Hands-on shop-floor leadership role at a growing, ISO 9001:2015 certified MSME manufacturing cylinders and appliances. You will drive shift output, optimize machine operations, and ensure strict quality compliance. (Note: This is a 100% floor-standing role, not a desk job).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Leadership: Allocate manpower efficiently to meet daily production targets.
• Process Optimization: Monitor and reduce cycle times/scrap for Power Press (Deep Draw & Shearing,Blanking),welding, Brazing operations.
• Quality (QMS): Enforce ISO standards. Identify defects and product rejections, non-confirmities
• Safety & 5S: Ensure operators strictly follow machine safety protocols. Drive 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate shift handovers, production logs, and tool/die wear reports.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Background: Proven experience in heavy manufacturing or sheet-metal industries.
• Technical: Strong grasp of machining, deep-draw press operations, welding integrity, and basic metrology.
• Team Management: Ability to firmly and effectively handle operators.
