Key Responsibilities
Experience in drawing-readings, sheet metals, inventory management, DPR, etc
Optimise production processes for hardware components
Ensure quality control standards are met
Manage production schedules and workforce
Implement lean manufacturing principles
Troubleshoot machinery and production issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in hardware manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production planning
- Experience in drawing-readings, sheet metals, inventory management, DPR, etc
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with quality management systems
