working Days- 6 days (9:30 am-6 pm)

Job description

• Supervise and coordinate production activities, including assembly, testing, and packaging of battery products Lead and mentor a team of production technicians by providing guidance .
• Plan and allocate resources(e.g., manpower, equipment, materials) .
• Monitor production metrics, such as yield, cycle time, and productivity, and implement

corrective actions as needed to achieve production targets .

• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate production records, inventory levels, and documentation.
• Qualification- BE / B-Tech – Degree/ Diploma, Operations Management.

Experience-

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lithium-ion battery manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
