Job description:
- Developing and implementing production schedules.
- Managing resources such as manpower, materials, and machines to meet the production targets and deadlines.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to production processes.
- Working closely with cross functional team, including design, maintenance and QA to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production processes.
- Ensuring that production processes comply with safety standards and regulations to create a secure working environment.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Skills to plan, organize, and oversee production schedules, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality.
- Clear and effective communication.
- Ability to analyze data. identify trends and make data driven decisions to improve production efficiency.
- SAP knowledge is must.
