Production Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Develop and implement assembly plans, manage manpower effectively, and handle rejections efficiently.
• Implement Kaizen initiatives on the shop floor to improve productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with PQR (Pressure Regulating System) standards during fabrication processes.
• Manage daily production planning, including WPS (Workplace Safety Standards) adherence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Production Engineering or related field.
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or relevant discipline.
• Strong understanding of Assembly Planning, Fabrication, Oil & Gas industry practices.
• Proficiency in Shop Floor Management, 5S System implementation.
