Should know AutoCAD & E-plan Basic

To implement production procedures of a Panel & Wiring factory.

To supervise section managers (or) section leaders for the production department to ensure that their duties and responsibilities are diligently discharged.

To implement safety rules & regulations of a Panel & Wiring factory.

To control and improve products quality of panel & Wiring types.

To monitor, analyze, measure the objectives, and follow the objective achievement.

To control any production changes and monitor the production process.

To monitor the departmental risks and follow the requirement of risk actions.

Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.

Provide motivation, support, and guidance to Panel Wiring and production team.

Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.

Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.

Create schedules for production team to ensure optimum staffing levels.
