- 2–5 years (Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also be considered)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Factory operations and ensure smooth functioning of mechanical systems.
- Monitor production processes and optimize efficiency, quality, and output.
- Coordinate with O&M team for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper operation of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and piping systems.
- Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at site.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical, instrumentation, and maintenance departments.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
