Position Production Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute daily production activities.
- Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain product quality standards and minimize defects and rework.
- Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, and quality control teams.
- Interpret and work with technical drawings and production specifications.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support machine maintenance activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and shop floor discipline.
- Collaborate with senior management to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Train and guide junior engineers and shop floor staff.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good understanding of quality control and process improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and team coordination abilities
- Preferable with Wooden, Manufacturing, Production Industry
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
- 18 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup
