Job Position- Production Engineer.

Qualification- BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience- 6 to 8 years.

Location- Village Jambhe, Near Punawale, Pune.

CTC- Rs.11L- 13L PA.

All Saturdays Working

Plan and oversee the production activities, manage manpower, maintain the quality standard, ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Candidates from machine manufacturing / automation industries are preferred.

Key skills-

Production Planning and control.

Manpower management.

Material planning.

Continuous improvement methods, Kaizen, 5s.

Good communication skills.

Innovative thinking.

Fabrication, Welding, Machining, Machine assembly, Testing.

Key Responsibilities.

Develop and manage the production schedule to meet operational targets.

Supervise daily production activities in alignment with the production plan.

Ensure the availability of necessary resources, including manpower, materials, and machinery.

Identify and resolve production-related issues to minimize delays and eliminate bottlenecks.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and workplace regulations.

Implement and monitor the 5S system on the shop floor to maintain organization and efficiency.

Uphold and maintain established quality standards throughout the production process.
