Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute efficient manufacturing and process flows for injection molding operations.
- Oversee toolroom operations, including maintenance and repair of molds and dies.
- Optimize production for higher efficiency, cost reduction, and consistent quality.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure timely output.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in mechanical, production, or industrial engineering.
- 0-1 years of experience in injection molding or manufacturing operations (freshers with strong fundamentals may apply).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, toolroom operations, and production planning.
- Good knowledge of quality inspection, process control, and safety standards.
