Role/ Job Title: Production Engineer
Function/ Department: Information Technology
Location: Juinagar/Airoli
Job Purpose
The role entails the responsibility of providing production support to bank's CMS Channel applications. It includes administering and resolving day to day production applications issues, providing updates and perform root cause analysis.
Primary Responsibilities
Must have good analytical skills and debugging skills.
Should have the knowledge of SQL, Linux, Unix, oracle, Cloud, DevOps and Java.
Added advantage for candidates with knowledge of Wholesale Banking application like XCRO, Express ACH, CMS Bridge, H2HODP.
Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders and vendor systems.
Debugging application logs for any issues.
Finding RCA for Production issues
Supervise all alerts related to production application and system procedures and provide services proactively.
Knowledge of application deployment.
Provide end-to-end production support on IT Applications.
Provide L1 monitoring and application support with EOD/BOD experience.
Should be ready to work 24 X 7.
Educational Qualification (Fulltime)
Graduation: Bachelor of Computer Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Master of Computer Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
