Job Summary: The Production Engineer is responsible for implementation, optimizing processes and system to ensure efficient and effective application support. He will work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify areas of improvement and identify and resolve issues and ensure smooth production operations.
Roles And Responsibilities
- The candidate should be confident and have good communication skills.
- Analyse and optimise production workflows and processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues, good knowledge of LINUX OS.
- Develop and maintain documentation of production processes and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Problem solving skills.
- 3 Years of Application support experience.
- Strong LINUX knowledge.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a highly cross functional environment.
- Deployment experience.
- Good patching knowledge.
- Basic network knowledge.
Education Qualification: Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
Experience: 5 10 years
