We are seeking an Industrial Engineer who can contribute towards improving production efficiency, optimizing line performance, and driving operational excellence within our manufacturing setup.

The Role:

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for production planning efficiency, time study analysis, line balancing, and process optimization across manufacturing operations. The role requires close coordination with production teams to improve productivity, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources.

This position plays a critical role in driving operational discipline and improving manufacturing performance through data-driven analysis and execution.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting time studies and analyzing production efficiency

• Performing line balancing and manpower allocation for optimum productivity

• Monitoring production flow and identifying process bottlenecks

• Driving productivity improvement initiatives across production lines

• Coordinating with production teams to improve workflow and operational efficiency

• Preparing production and efficiency reports for management review

• Ensuring adherence to production targets and process timelines

• Supporting capacity planning and production optimization initiatives

• Recommending process improvements to minimize wastage and improve output

The Profile:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferably) or any with relevant production planning experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering, Time Study, or Line Production

• Strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing operations

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work closely with production and cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in Excel and production reporting tools preferred
