About the Role

We're looking for a Production Engineer who enjoys being on the factory floor, solving real manufacturing challenges, and helping bring new materials into commercial production. This role sits at the intersection of production, quality, and R&D, ensuring coating processes are executed efficiently, documented effectively, and continuously improved.

You'll be responsible for:

• Driving coating operations and process execution

• Developing and improving SOPs and process documentation

• Tracking and analysing production data

• Troubleshooting manufacturing challenges and driving continuous improvement

• Working closely with Production, Quality, and R&D teams to scale our technology

We're looking for someone with:

✔ Experience in coatings, printing, packaging, laminates, or related manufacturing industries

✔ Hands-on exposure to gravure, Meyer bar, air knife, or similar coating systems

✔ Strong process documentation and data analysis skills

✔ Proficiency in Excel and production reporting

✔ A high-ownership, problem-solving mindset
