Position: Production Engineer /Senior Engineer
Report to: AM Production
Location: Manesar
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes that optimize production efficiency while minimizing waste and reducing costs.
- Utilize methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Plan and schedule production activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to align production schedules with material availability and demand forecasts.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for production processes.
- Implement inspection procedures and utilize statistical process control techniques to monitor and improve product quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable manufacturing practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and maintenance, to align production processes with company goals.
- Communicate effectively to address challenges and implement improvements across the production process
Qualifications & Skills :
- Educational Background: Diploma/bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- Experience:3-5 Years Proven experience in a production role, preferably within the Filters, HVAC and relevant industry.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Software related to production
- Familiarity with production planning software and tools.
- Knowledge of statistical process control and quality management systems.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
