Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production technologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other engineering design tools.
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and continuous improvement techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
