Suman Chemical Industries is a well-established chemical manufacturing company expanding into the agrochemical formulation business. We are setting up a modern formulation facility focused on delivering high-quality crop protection products. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our production team and establish efficient manufacturing operations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Production Manager who will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all manufacturing activities of our agrochemical formulation plant. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of agrochemical formulations, production planning, quality systems, safety standards, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day production operations of the agrochemical formulation plant.

2. Plan production schedules to meet business requirements.

3. Ensure products are manufactured as per SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

4. Monitor production efficiency, yield, and machine utilization.

5. Coordinate with QA/QC, warehouse, maintenance, and procurement teams.

6. Maintain production records, batch manufacturing records, and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

2. 3-5 years of experience in agrochemical formulation manufacturing.

3. Strong knowledge of SC, EC, SL, OD, and other agrochemical formulations.

4. Experience in handling mixers, bead mills, dispersers, homogenizers, and related process equipment.

5. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
