Aligning with co-workers, supervisors, engineers, and managers to ensure that the results meet expectations
Maintaining Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) data collection as instructed by the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Implementing Total Quality Management (TQM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts on the Shop Floor such as 5S, 3M, JIT, Suggestion Scheme, OEE, TPM, SMED Systems
