Role Description The Production Department Field Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bharuch. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, supporting continuous production lines, and reporting any deviations or equipment issues. Daily tasks include following standard operating procedures, performing basic equipment checks, and coordinating with supervisors and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. The field operator assists with in-process quality checks, records production data accurately, and maintains a clean and safe work area in line with company safety guidelines. This role also involves communicating effectively with team members, supporting new operator training, and complying with all plant policies and standards.

• Candidates should possess skills in machine operation and handling production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess skills related to quality control and maintaining consistent standards on production lines.
• Candidates should possess skills in working on production lines, following SOPs, and supporting continuous manufacturing processes.
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, maintenance staff, and team members.
• Candidates should possess training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and support onboarding of new operators.
• Relevant industrial or manufacturing experience in mining, metals, chemicals, or related fields is beneficial.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and work in shift-based schedules is required.
• A diploma, trade certification, or equivalent technical qualification in mechanical, chemical, or production engineering is preferred.
