Role Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage coordination between internal production teams and departments, keeping work flowing smoothly across the VFX pipeline. This is an in-house, night-shift role aligned with overseas project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central coordination point between internal teams and departments.

• Manage handoffs and dependencies to keep projects on schedule.

• Maintain production reports and trackers in Microsoft Excel.

• Track shot status, progress, and schedules in Ftrack.

• Coordinate workflow across Roto, Paint, Comp, and Matchmove.

• Flag bottlenecks early and escalate issues proactively.

• Support producers and supervisors with documentation and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in VFX production coordination.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Ftrack.

• Clear understanding of the VFX pipeline (Roto, Paint, Comp, Matchmove).

• Good Marathi, Hindi, English communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

• Willingness to work night shifts (in-house).

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Nuke or other compositing software.

• Familiarity with Ftrack and other tracking tools.
