Job Title - Production Co-ordinator
Job Description : We're looking for a
Production Coordinator to support project delivery across VFX and animation productions. This role requires strong organizational skills, pipeline awareness, and the ability to manage fast-paced creative workflows.
Key Responsibilities -
- Track shot progress, schedules, and artist allocations
- Maintain production trackers and reporting tools
- Coordinate reviews, feedback implementation, and deliveries
- Communicate across Artists, Supervisors, Vendors and Production Team
- Flag schedule risks and support milestone planning
Specific Skill Set
- 23 years experience in VFX/Animation production
- Working knowledge of ShotGrid, FTrack, or similar tools
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Clear communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work in deadline-driven environments
Experience Working With International Clients Is a Plus.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 2-3 years Industry

Minimum Education Requirements: Any equivalent, relevant graduation
