Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Coordinator specializing in Textile Exports, with a focus on towels and blankets. The position is based in Tenkasi, India. The Production Coordinator will oversee production planning and management, coordinate with in-house teams and external partners, monitor quality control, ensure compliance with international buyer standards, and manage timelines to meet On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery goals. Additionally, the role involves streamlining communication between stakeholders, reporting on production progress, and supporting continuous improvement of supply processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to facilitate clear and effective coordination with teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in Production Planning and Production Management, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance standards are met.
• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee multiple priorities, workflows, and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage schedules, reports, and documentation efficiently.
• Familiarity with international textile export standards and compliance requirements is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Production Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is desirable.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and an aptitude for data-driven decision-making is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
