Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Coordinator, based in Kottayam. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily production schedules, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure efficient operations, and managing resource allocation. The role involves monitoring project timelines, maintaining clear communication between departments, and supporting the production team to meet deadlines effectively. Additional responsibilities include maintaining production documentation and ensuring organizational practices are upheld to deliver quality output.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to effectively manage processes and schedules
• Proficiency in Project Management and Organization Skills to handle multiple tasks and ensure smooth workflow
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in team coordination or a related field is advantageous
• Must know excel
