Production Coordinator

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years in automotive manufacturing.
• Strong experience in:
  
  
  • Hot & Cold Stamping press line
  • Robotic welding
  • BIW assembly
  • Chassis manufacturing
  • Laser cutting systems.

JD:

1-Support new program launches with SOP adherence, timely PPAP, and smooth rampup.

2-Set up and standardize production systems, implement Standard Work, ensure OEE monitoring, and improve line balancing.

3-Drive troubleshooting to improve OEE, reduce downtime/scrap, and increase throughput.

4-Ensure safety compliance during ramp-up: zero LTAs, risk assessments, LOTO adherence, GeSoS readiness.Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide timely updates to Regional Operations Director.

5-Lead continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, cost-saving projects, and manpower optimization.
