BrandMonkey is a fast-growing creative and digital marketing agency working with multiple brands across social media, performance marketing, branding, and content creation. We are looking for a Shoot Coordinator who can manage and coordinate UGC shoots efficiently from planning to execution.

Position: Shoot Coordinator – UGC Shoots

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (UGC/Production Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate UGC shoots for different brands and campaigns

• Manage communication with models, creators, and clients

• Coordinate with scripting/content teams for shoot execution

• Handle shoot schedules, locations, props, and production requirements

• Ensure smooth shoot operations and timely delivery

• Assist in production planning and shoot management

• Manage multiple projects and shoot timelines simultaneously

• Coordinate UGC shoots for different brands and campaigns across in-house, outdoor, and client locations

Requirements:

• Experience in UGC shoots, production coordination, or content shoots

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Understanding of shoot production and scripting workflow

• Ability to manage models, creators, and external vendors

• Strong organizational and execution skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
