Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage the end-to-end process of bridal production and client orders. This role requires a strong balance of production coordination, timeline management, and client servicing to ensure flawless delivery of bespoke bridal pieces.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management
- Coordinate with design and sampling teams to ensure smooth transition from design finalization to production.
- Prepare and maintain detailed production schedules, tracking progress against deadlines.
- Monitor quality standards at each stage of production, ensuring bridal pieces meet brand benchmarks.
- Liaise with artisans, vendors, and embroidery/finishing units for timely completion of work.
- Maintain inventory of fabrics, trims, and embellishments required for bridal collections.
Client Order Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for bridal clients regarding their custom orders.
- Record client measurements, customizations, and delivery timelines with accuracy.
- Share progress updates with clients and address queries during the production cycle.
- Oversee client trials/fittings and coordinate with the production team on alterations.
- Ensure on-time and seamless delivery of final bridal ensembles.
Operations & Coordination
- Maintain detailed order sheets and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Support in vendor management, including sourcing and follow-ups for fabrics/embellishments.
- Collaborate with logistics for smooth dispatches and deliveries.
- Generate weekly reports on order status, production timelines, and client deliveries.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion Management, Production, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in bridal or couture production/client servicing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of bridal wear fabrics, embroideries, and finishing techniques preferred.
