Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Chemist - Perfume Manufacturing to join our Production team. The role involves working in rotational shifts to support perfume manufacturing operations, quality control, and formulation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, formulation, and testing of perfumes and fragrance products.
- Conduct routine laboratory analysis, quality checks, and maintain proper records.
- Support production processes to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Work collaboratively with the senior chemist and production team to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, lab procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness, calibration, and proper functioning of laboratory instruments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B.Sc. Chemistry or M.Sc. Chemistry (preferred specialization in Organic/Analytical Chemistry).
- Experience: 13 years.
- Basic understanding of fragrance/perfume manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
