Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) or Chemical Engineering| Experience: 0–2 Years
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and plant operations
Monitor process parameters and ensure SOP compliance
Achieve production, quality, and delivery targets
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and EHS teams
Ensure safe handling of chemicals and workplace safety compliance
Maintain batch records, production reports, and documentation
Troubleshoot process issues to reduce downtime and wastage
Guide and train operators on process, quality, and safety practices
