At Frozzeto, we run a food manufacturing operation where products are made in bulk, standardized, and supplied to kitchens across India.

What You'll Actually Do:
You'll be running the production floor, not a kitchen pass.
• Manage daily bulk production of frozen food products
• Handle a team of 15–20+ staff (and scale beyond that)
• Ensure every batch tastes the same.
• Convert recipes into repeatable, scalable processes
• Improve production speed, output, and efficiency
• Identify and fix breakdowns in recipes or processes
• Work on new product development that actually works at scale
• Control wastage, yield, and raw material usage.
⚠️ This Role Is NOT For You If:
• You only have restaurant / hotel kitchen experience
• You prefer creative cooking over structured production
• You struggle with managing large teams or systems
• You're not comfortable working in a factory environment.
