Production and Support Engineer

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Support Engineer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end production support, including issue
• analysis, root cause identification, and resolution. This role involves close coordination with
• development, support teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the stability and reliability of applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience with MySQL/MongoDB queries,
• API testing, and application/server monitoring. Strong analytical, communication, and scripting skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of incident management practices. Prior experience in L1/L2 production support will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for troubleshooting the root cause analysis for production issues, resolve them and maintain the reports.
• Responsible for participating in al stages of the product development and support processes
• Should be able to work closely and coordinate with the support, development team, and other stakeholders.
• Will be responsible for coordinating and following up with external parties for issue resolution.
• Will be responsible for analysing and writing MySql/Mongo queries to check and share the logs and also check the issues.
• Should be able to analyse application and server alerts, stability trends and work with the development team to get them resolved.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of incident management and a holistic view of application
• Having prior experience in L1/L2 Production Support will be a bonus point.
