Job Description

Provide production support for Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, PySpark, SQL databases on Unix platforms.
Troubleshoot issues related to data processing pipelines using Talend and ServiceNow.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve incidents and implement patches in a timely manner.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal service availability.

Job Requirements :

3-8 years of experience in Production Support Engineering or similar role.
Strong understanding of Hadoop ecosystem (Hive, Kafka) and Python programming language (PySpark).
Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow and monitoring tools like Talend.
Proficiency in Java or other scripting languages such as Groovy.
