Role Description
Based in Kalyan, this role is designed for a technically proficient engineer capable of managing both shop-floor production and on-site client services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Excellence: Support internal production workflows to uphold company standards and ensure all client specifications are met.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to optimize equipment performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Field Service & Commissioning: Travel to client sites for the installation and commissioning of Spray Dryers.
- Maintenance & Support: Perform routine maintenance and operation checks, providing timely interventions to maximize equipment uptime.
- Client Relations: Act as a technical ambassador, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional on-site service.
Requirements:
- Full-time availability for the Kalyan office.
- Manage the end-to-end installation and commissioning of Spray Dryers at various client locations.
- Specific expertise in Spray Drying technology (Installation/Maintenance).
Qualifications
- Relevant diploma or ITI in electrical/ mechanical or a related technical field
- Both freshers and experience with 0 to 2 years can apply.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving for mechanical and technical systems
- Experience in Field Service and delivering on-site customer support
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Keen expertise in Maintenance & Repair to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Knowledge of Technical Support practices and procedures
- Understanding of spray drying technology and processes is a plus
