Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production and Quality Manager, based in Delhi, India along with frequent travel to production sites in Ahmedabad/Delhi NCR. The Production and Quality Manager will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to quality standards, and manage teams to optimize efficiency. Responsibilities include implementing quality control measures, analyzing production processes, monitoring compliance with safety and quality guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management, quality control, and process improvement
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of quality assurance systems, production planning, and monitoring tools
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure continuous performance improvements
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Familiarity with regulatory and safety compliance in production processes
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or related sectors is beneficial
