Role Description This is a full-time role of Production & Planning Coordinator to be based at the factory in Raipur. The selected person will play a key support role in ensuring manufacturing operations run smoothly, on time, and within budget. Working closely with the Production Manager and cross-functional teams, this role is responsible for coordinating daily production schedules, monitoring workflow progress, managing materials planning, and maintaining accurate production records. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build a strong foundation in manufacturing operations and supply chain planning within a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear coordination with cross-functional teams and accurate reporting to teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in production planning and production management to create, update, and execute daily and weekly production schedules.
• Solid project management abilities to track tasks, manage timelines
• Excellent organization skills to manage multiple work orders, documentation, and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably in a production coordination or similar operations role.
• Comfort using basic office and production software (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP or production tracking systems) for scheduling and reporting.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related discipline is preferred.
