We are looking for aProduction and lab Associateto join our herbal extraction facility and take an active role inplant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitorindustrial process equipmentsuch asextraction reactors, dryers, filters, and related machinery.
- Assist inbatch preparation, raw material handling, and product transfers.
- Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.) and maintain accurate production records.
- Assist in start-up, shutdown, and cleaning of process equipment.
- Operate basic lab instruments such aspH meters, moisture analyzers, UV-Vis spectrophotometers, etc.
- Support pilot production trials under guidance from the senior production team.
- Record keeping and creating process documentationas per company SOPs.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Pharmacy, Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Diploma in Food Technology, or B.Sc.(Chemistry or related field).
- ITIin Fitter, Electrical, Mechanical, Process Plant Operations, or related trades.
- 02 yearsof experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience withindustrial process equipment(reactors, dryers, filters, pumps, etc.) preferred.
- Basic understanding ofherbal raw materials and extraction processesis an advantage.
