Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production and Inventory Coordinator to support our manufacturing and supply chain operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in operations, production planning, and inventory management.
The role involves coordinating production schedules, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth communication between procurement, production, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and coordinating daily production schedules
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Update and maintain inventory records in ERP or internal systems
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials
- Track production progress and report any delays or issues
- Support stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities
- Prepare basic reports on production output and inventory status
- Work with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate material movement
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to supervisors
- Maintain proper documentation of production and inventory transactions
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and grow within operations/supply chain functions
Preferred (Not Required)- Internship or academic exposure to manufacturing, inventory, or supply chain
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Zoho.)
- Basic understanding of inventory concepts (FIFO, stock reconciliation, etc.)
