Key Responsibilities:
- As a UX Product Designer you will design user experiences for an enterprise platform that supports complex workflows data review evidence handling dashboards AI assisted outputs and operational decision making
- You will work closely with product domain specialists engineers and QA to translate business needs into clear usable and scalable product experiences
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in UX design product design interaction design enterprise application design or related design roles
- Strong experience with Figma Adobe XD Sketch or equivalent design and prototyping tools
- Experience designing complex enterprise applications dashboards workflow screens forms tables review flows and data heavy interfaces
- Good understanding of usability accessibility design systems responsive design user centered design and interaction patterns
Additional Responsibilities:
- Experience designing BFSI compliance risk audit case management workflow analytics regulatory or AI enabled applications
- Exposure to AI assisted UX patterns such as citations confidence indicators human review edit history feedback capture and explainability views
- Experience with enterprise design systems accessibility standards data visualization dashboard design and complex filter table interactions
