About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Product User Research Intern to join our product or growth team.In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing session recordings (user activity videos) to understand userbehavior, identify drop-offs, and generate actionable insights to improve the in-app user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Watch and analyze screen recordings of user sessions on the app.
Identify key friction points or patterns where users drop off, struggle, or get confused.
Tag and categorize common issues or UX bottlenecks (e.g., confusing navigation, form drop-offs, delayed loads).
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Growth teams to share findings and suggest UX/UI improvements.
Maintain a weekly report of user insights, key drop-off moments, and improvement suggestions.
Assist in creating dashboards or documentation to track recurring issues and improvements over time.
Serve as a Customer Advocate Champion directly engage with customers via calls to understand issues,collect feedback on their experience using the application, and raise these insights internally
What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Design, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong observational and analytical skills with a keen eye for UX.
Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, FullStory, Smartlook, Mixpanel) is a plus, but not
mandatory.
Good communication skills able to translate raw observations into clear, actionable insights.
Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working independently.
Passionate about improving user experience and understanding user behavior.
Comfortable speaking directly with customers and relaying insights internally.
