About the Role

We are looking for a Product & Training Manager who can strengthen product understanding across the organization and channel network.

This role will be responsible for creating product training systems, supporting product launches, enabling sales teams, gathering market intelligence, and ensuring distributors and internal teams are equipped with the knowledge required to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Training & Sales Enablement

  • Design and manage product training programs.
  • Create presentations, manuals, videos, and learning resources.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales teams, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Develop systems to improve product knowledge and adoption.

Product Launches

  • Support new product launch planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Prepare launch materials and training resources.

Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor products, pricing, and positioning.
  • Gather customer and distributor feedback.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, manufacturing, quality, and leadership teams.
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy and market execution.

Required Skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical products in a simple and practical manner.
  • Experience in product management, technical sales, training, or healthcare products.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Good to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare consumables.
  • Distributor management experience.
  • Product launch experience.
  • Training and instructional design exposure.
